This meditation was designed to help you rebalance your root chakra, associated with the color red, located at the bottom of your torso. It is responsible for your sense of stability, safety, connectedness, and basic human needs. Our chakras are vital energy points throughout our body, that affect our emotional and physical wellbeing. It is possible for individual, multiple, or all our chakras at times, to be unbalanced – overactive, or underactive. While blockages occur, they can lead to feelings of imbalance in our lives. By becoming aware of these energy points, we are able to identify which areas need to be realigned, which will result in the free energy flow throughout our body, and allow us to feel whole, and connected. 🌼A Zen Mind Instagram ⭐ Join My Email List✨www.azenmindpodcast.com💖Get more meditations from A Zen Mind ☁️ Shop my favorite Meditation Cushions & Supplies …

Trauma falls into one of two categories, including little ‘t’ traumas (disruption to a healthy bond between a parent and a child, loss of a significant relationship, bullying, harassment, or other non-life-threatening events) and Big ‘T’ traumas (abuse, neglect, violence and other life-threatening events). Although Big ‘T’ traumas are life threatening events, little ‘t’ traumas should not be dismissed. Research has shown that in some cases repeated exposure to little ‘t’ traumas, can cause more psychological damage than a single Big “T” traumatic event. If left untreated emotional injury to the brain can contribute to psychological symptoms and diagnosis, particularly if it …
