En mi último breakup descubrí que el conocer estas etapas no hacen el duelo más rápido ni menos doloroso, pero si sirve para saber dónde estamos y normalizar las emociones tan diferentes que pasamos cuando estamos soltando a nuestra ex pareja y construyendo un mundo nuevos sin ellos o ellas.
