A volte confondiamo la concentrazione con l'intervallo d’attenzione, ma l'intervallo di attenzione è un po’ diverso, dato si riferisce al periodo di tempo in cui possiamo concentrarci su qualcosa.Entrambi il livello d’attenzione e l’intervallo d’attenzione possono variare da persona a persona, per alcuni di noi sarà piu’ facile rimanere concentrati e per altri sarà piu’ difficile. Inoltre ci sono fattori sui quali non abbiamo controllo (come ad esempio l’età o eventuali concussioni) che influenzeranno la nostra concentrazione.
