La felicidad se encuentra en un espacio-tiempo vacío entre lo que tú piensas de ti mismo y lo que los demás piensan de ti. Cuando sabes navegar entre lo que tú haces (o crees que tienes que hacer) y lo que los demás piensan que tienes que hacer entras en un estado de paz interior, de felicidad.

There are two things that can make or break you when it comes to achieving greatness: your body language and your confidence. If you don’t have confidence, you’ll never be able to put yourself out there to the world. You need the confidence to try, and it’s confidence that will help you get back up after your failures. Jeremy Richman remembers his daughter Avielle as a fun spirit with "this unbelievable smile that she would just give out to anybody," who was as happy playing dress-up as a fairy at a ball as she was practicing Kung Fu and shooting a bow and arrow outside. Avielle was killed with 19 of her classmates and six educators in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, and in her memory, the Richmans started The Avielle Foundation, which funds research on brain health and causations for violent behaviors.
