En esta sesión vamos a hacer un ejercicio de meditación Kundalini enseñado por el Guru Yogi Bhajan Este ejercicio tiene el fin de liberar el estrés y tensión que se acumula en una parte clave de tu cuerpo, tu cara. Si eres de los que siente la tensión hasta en la mandíbula y te has lastimado o trabado por esto, está meditación es para ti. Si nunca te ha pasado pero quieres prevenirlo, también te invito a hacerla. Vamos a hacer un ejercicio con la lengua en el que vas a sacar tu lengua, meterla, y llevarla al lado izquierdo y derecho de tu boca, lo más rápido que puedas.
