En esta segunda parte sobre el estrés y la ansiedad comenzamos hablando sobre la indefensión aprendida. Esta surge cuando la persona se ha enfrentado de manera repetida a situaciones ante las cuales siente que sus actos no tienen efecto en las consecuencias, por lo que termina teniendo la percepción de que no puede hacer nada para controlar o modificar lo que le rodea. Lo que termina impactando en su autoestima y mucho más. También analizamos qué sucede en nuestro cerebro cuando elegimos hacer cosas que no son importantes para nosotros y eso nos genera estrés.
