Así lo siente la amiga que nos ha propuesto este tema, que nos ha confesado que siente tanto miedo a quedarse en silencio que incluso opta por no quedar a solas con nadie. Luis señala que el silencio tiene que ver con cierta falta de tolerancia a la tensión, que nos lleva a sentir que tenemos la responsabilidad de rellenar la conversación sea como sea. La Pausa es parte de la salud mental, no es un lujo es una necesidad. En una cultura donde constantemente tenemos la presión por avanzar y generar sin importar lo demás, nuevos estudios acerca de pausar nos vienen remarcar la importancia de la pausa para poder seguir avanzando. La pausa está en cualquier creación desde la naturaleza, la salud (como el dormir para la regeneración de neuronas y músculo) hasta el silencio en la música. La pandemia cambió nuestros hábitos de consumo, también la manera como nos relacionamos con la ropa. Incluso la ropa interior. A raíz de los periodos de cuarentena prolongados que se dieron el año pasado, las personas que usaban brasier empezaron a adoptar nuevas prácticas respecto a su cuerpo y su comodidad. Dejar el brasier en la oficina fue tendencia al tiempo que se adoptaba el home office. Muchas lo dejaron del todo, otras lo resignificaron, y las demás cambiaron el modelo que usaban. Las posibilidades del brasier son tan diversas como las tetas, y el cambio en el paradigma es innegable: la comodidad se volvió prioridad. El usar o no brasier tiene potencial para cambiar el mundo.
