Sana Incertidumbre

We will explore the notions of Uncertainty and Curiosity with Owen Muir a Child and Adult Psychiatrist from the U.S. Often we see uncertainty as something we want to avoid, we want to be in control of our lives and have some idea of how our future will be like. Nonetheless, Life itself doesn't present as too certain most of the time: e.g. This world Pandemic.  But there is so much we can learn and gain from having uncertainty, a safe uncertainty. For example, it allows space for more curiosity and creativity. In your experience, how would you relate to uncertainty?
