25 | Understanding the rise in violence

"(As men) We are not trained to internalize feelings or get pleasure from internal procedures. We get pleasure only from outside procedures, like achievement, goals, money, the woman we want to have by our side. (...) And then you have violence, because I think violence is the way for getting out loud: "I don't know what to do, I want to force things and I have no tools to."
