Kessonga explains how "important" thoughts might come up when we meditate, but we don't have to feel pressure to expect them, or even remember them after our practice. Kessonga holds a Masters degree in Social Work, and is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher. He also serves as an adjunct Mindfulness instructor at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
